Implementation and Delivery Policy

At Nails & Threads, we strive to make every step of your journey with us, from ordering to delivery, a unique and seamless experience:

1. Implementation period

• Implementation period for urgent requests:

It takes 12-20 working days depending on the size of the painting with additional fees.

• Implementation period for non-urgent requests:

It takes 20 business days or more. We always prioritize orders based on the event date, ensuring your painting arrives well in advance of the requested date to avoid any delays or worries.

2. Shipping

•We offer free shipping to all countries except Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, and Palestine. We ask God to restore stability and prosperity to all Arab countries.

•Shipments usually arrive within 4-7 business days under normal conditions.

•Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location and shipping conditions beyond our control (such as shipping company delays).

3. Shipping tax

•The shipping tax (if any) is paid directly upon receipt of the order from the representative.

4. Disclaimer

• Nails and Threads Store is not responsible for any delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as shipping or weather issues.

•All paintings are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. We have successfully shipped over 200 paintings intact.
